Refund/Exchange Policy:

We hope that you love your Leathgen purchase, but if you are not satisfied you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 90 days from the date of purchase.

It’s helpful if you can provide your order details (order number, item(s) ordered, email on the order, etc.) and your reason for requesting a return or exchange.

Once we get your details, We will deal with this matter as soon as possible.

Items sent back to us without first initiating a return may not be accepted.

Please return your item in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Processing time

We keep it simple!

All refunds (less the cost of shipping) or send your new item in the case of an exchange are issued within 7 — 10 business days of receipt.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that shipping and handling charges and personalized products are not refundable.
